As the founder of Tech Assistance Group, Derek has over 20 years of experience in a professional setting. He recently was lead server operations & network site integrator for Hewlett Packard Co. and Procter & Gamble in Oxnard, CA. Derek is highly proficient in All versions of Windows and Server products.
